After a 1 on 1 consultation in my studio which will include an evaluation, movement assessment, ParQ forms, health questionnaire and thorough discussion of your goals, past experience, limitations, expectations and the opportunity to ask any questions or express any concerns that you might have, (once we have mutually agreed that we are the right fit to work together), I will design a program specific to your individual goals and needs which will typically incorporate balance, coordination, mobility, flexibility, strength, power, endurance / stamina, agility, quickness, accuracy and when appropriate speed.
You are only as strong as you are mobile, stable and flexible.
Quality of movement is of utmost importance!
